“I had never seen a woman who was doing this,” she says.
She was an architect at a building firm and she thought it was so interesting that they were able to get women into this field.
So I went down and interviewed them.
And I was impressed with the women who were doing it.
And when I got to a stage where I could be an expert, I decided that I wanted to do it.
I wanted a woman to do this for me.
She started looking into what the next generation of women wanted to be like, and the women she interviewed said the next-generation was a lot more confident, creative, and independent than her. “
When I had a child, I wanted her to have a good life and be able to have children of her own,” she explains.

So she started working with them, starting with a few women and gradually expanding her network of support.
Sylas began working with women to build the bodybuilder woman, but her work eventually expanded to include bodybuilders, as well.
Now, Sylas is working with more than 200 women, including celebrities and athletes.
“I think it is really important to have these stories,” she adds.
“And I think that a lot of women who have been successful with bodybuilding in the past, they just feel like it is their time to shine.
I think it really is a time to get back to basics.”
She says she has been inspired by women who are doing amazing things with their bodies and how it has changed their lives, not only physically, but also emotionally.
“It’s amazing to me that so many people are getting out there and showing up, that they are not afraid to be themselves and they are doing it out of their own free will,” she concludes.
“They are doing their own thing.
And it is inspiring to me.
It is amazing to see women that are so confident in themselves and in their own abilities.
It really is inspiring.”
